Terms of Service

Please read carefully. We are not responsible for anything outside of this. We are also not responsible if you didn't fully read this before agreeing to this. We are lenient, so regarding refunding / other options, that is more of a discussion basis.

Refund Policy

There will be NO Refunds after payment is made. There may be exceptions at the artists discretion. (THIS IS OPEN TO DISCUSSION. We know what it is like to be scammed, so it is not a "firm policy" (We have lenience), however we do get the right to say on how this will turn out.)For mid-to-high tier commissions, if burnout arises and we deem that we cannot finish it, we can talk about a compromise. Usually this means doing sketch substitutes for the rest of the money, or just refunding equal to what hasn't been finished. (In these rare cases we usually just refund. Burnout is tough.)During the 2 week period of a Sticker being mailed, there is no refunding. This is to prevent scamming.Upon commissioning a custom piece, no refunds will be made once the art process has started. Once again this is to prevent scamming.

Our Price Policy

Half payment in advance for anything including and above $16. $15 and below are full in advance. Additional characters or things we find complex may cause the price to go up more.We currently take:
- PayPal
- Venmo
- Gift Cards (Please Ask!)
- Game Codes
- Discord Nitro (UPFRONT, $10 Nitro ONLY)You may ask if we take anything you also have in mind. Let us know! Gift Cards and Game Codes count as payments in advance, regardless of the amount on said card or how much the Game Code is worth.

Your Rights as a Buyer

- Initial info -

All information will be confidential between the commissioner and the owner. We do not keep info, if a purchase of sale is made through a shop website, we will only have what info is there. You have every right to ask us any question regarding your info.We are LGBTQ+ friendly. If you prefer your current name being labeled on mail, we will gladly send that off to you instead of using your deadname.

COMMISSIONING

When Commissioning, you have every right to ask for a work in progress, or status of the commission. You may ask what we can do, and you also have the right to ask us anything pertaining the commission!

BUYING AN ADOPTABLE

When buying an Adoptable, you have every right to the character and may redesign the character as you so wish. You own the character, not so much the art. We just ask that you credit us when you use our original art of the character, or, if people ask you where you bought the adoptable from, you redirect them to us. YOU bought the character, or, claimed it from other means.This goes for anyone who recieves our adoptables third-party.

BUYING STICKERS

When purchasing Stickers, you have every right to ask the status of the sticker, whether its been mailed, et cetera. If you are buying a custom sticker, you have every right listed under the first category; COMMISSIONING, as it derives from starting from scratch, a make-upon-purchase sticker. We do not do refunds after the sticker(s) get mailed. You have every right to ask us for a refund or replacement.

Our Rights as a Seller

We have the right to turn down, decline, or cancel a commission / sale for any reason. We have the right to not elaborate on any reason regarding a cancel or declination of sale. If for whatever reason your stickers or product get damaged, we are NOT obligated to provide refund or replacement. We are also not obligated to provide any more than we offer or ship.

Terms regarding Shop

Any reproduction, reselling, or unauthorized distribution of our works in attempt to profit in any form is against the terms and will result in black-listing, a straight up ban from our discord servers and shops.Under the name Lycancario, we provide Stickers, Prints, amongst other services intended for the joy of the customers and satisfaction between both parties. If, for any reason, the sold product has not arrived within 2 weeks of pickup by the postal office (USPS) there will be options to follow- Offer free replacements.
- Wait another 5 days. If the commissioned work has not been received, replacements will be in order.If for any reason above the 2 weeks + 5 days given that the original stickers arrive, then the replacements will be cancelled. If the replacements have been shipped you will be asked to either return them, or, if the owner so decides, to allow you to keep said stickers.These options are not to be abused; any attempt to abuse said option to gain free items will result in blacklisting, our system used to be able to manage who may purchase our products. If in the end no product has arrive it will be up to the owner to decide whether refunds are in order, to investigate the situation. Otherwise there is no refunds.Our rights as a seller will be upheld, alongside our price and refund policy.Any attempt to alter our stickers in purpose of reselling is also strictly prohibited. It cannot and will not be tolerated.Editing out the signature is prohibited and will lead to blacklisting and potentially a warning post on social medias if deemed necessary. Trolls will not be tolerated.

Important info on Terms

Should any loopholes be found or exploited, argument or not, may result in temporary to permanent blacklisting. The owner gets full say on how to handle loopholes to their TOS.Any changes to prevent loopholes or exploitations as well misinterpretations to the Terms intent will apply to all, regardless of sudden implementation, and the owner gets the final decision. This term is implemented as to counter loopholes and to cover anything the owner has not provided in script. Written or not these are the terms. This is also made to counter rule breakers & trolls. We are people too. We want to make things the least amount of hassle as possible for both parties.We are not responsible if you do not fully read these terms before agreeing to them, nor are we responsible if you disagree with any of the terms listed before making a purchase of sale in any way (Stickers, Commissions, Etc.)

The owner/artist has every right to deny anybody any of their services and will hold to that right. We are not responsible for anything outside what is listed in this TOS. By commissioning or making a purchase of sale, you agree to these terms.

"What can you draw?"
- Humanoids (Humans, Hylians, etc)
- Furries & Scalies (Anthropomorphic Animals, aka animals with human like traits (typically standing on two legs.))
- Ferals (regular animals, 4-legged. Like dogs, cats, or even deer.)
- Custom Species
- OC's (Original Characters)
- Monsters or Mythological animals (Harpies, Dragons (pretty much any variant), Gorgons & Nagas, Werewolves/Wifwolves, et cetera. If you can think of a mythological animal I can probably draw it (or take a gander at it!)
- Anything as long as it is LEGAL. I will not condone illegal artworks or illegal requests. This will result in a blacklist, block, and report on any medias."Do you draw NSFW?"
- You may ask, but if you do, you must state your price & what you want. We refuse to make anything immoral.
- Baseline is at least double of what I usually charge. Please keep in mind that it can be rough for me to draw, and may take time."What CANT you draw?"
- Objects (Dependent)
- Weapons (Dependent, staffs and wands are okay but just ask first.)
- Anything under illegality (I will not condone illegal artworks or illegal requests. This will result in a blacklist, block, and report on any medias.)
- Anything immoral (nsfw ferals etc)"How do you make your stickers?"
- We use a Mint Cricut Explore Air 2
- Matte Vinyl Waterproof sticker paper
- An inkjet/instant ink printer
- We use the Cricut app to use a "print then cut" feature, where Cricut tells our printer that we need our stickers in a specific spot on the paper. From there we put it onto our grip pad that came with our Cricut, align it as perfect as possible, and follow the instructions to start the cutting process. Cricut will scan and cut out our stickers, and if calibrated correctly, it'll be perfect. :D"When are you available for a sale or commission?"

- IbisPaint / IbisPaint X. I own both versions on mobile, but ive had IbisPaint X longer so I use that. (It has all my custom colors and custom brushes lol..)
- IbisPaint for Windows PC"Whats the difference between IbisPaint and IbisPaint X?"
- IbisPaint is the PAID app version that allows you to use all brushes without having to watch ads. IbisPaint X does have ads.
- IbisPaint on windows is simply labeled as "IbisPaint". Its the full version, no ads. There is a 1 time payment of $20 USD, but if you choose not to pay it you get an hour of editing time (tracked and provided, shown in the top left of your window! Only when you're on the canvas itself.)"Why can't you just lower the prices?"
- Art is my passion, and we get exhausted easily. We WOULD have it lower, but $5 USD is not enough to profit especially in this economy.
- For premade stickers, $4-5 is our minimum. It takes a lot of work to make sure everything is working properly, and we need to take into account that our printer or cricut may not work correctly. Ink and our waterproof sticker paper is expensive.
- This is a side job, but its still one really important.
- We only get paid once in a blue moon with this side job! "Perks" of being a freelance artist / small business. If you can support in any way, that would be more than appreciated. Always tip artists when you can!!!
- We work hard, and our art usually takes 45 minutes or more to complete (ESPECIALLY full art pieces.) Please keep in mind we are humans too, we both want and have need for necessities in life. We will always update you on our status and will ask for patience."Why don't you do requests?"
- If we feel like doing requests, we will reach out to people or simply do fanart of peoples characters et cetera. We get exhausted easily, and we draw for ourselves.
- If we always had requests open, it would not be good for our comms. We use this as a side job in order to be able to eat / pay bills if necessary. We may open requests rarely, but that also said art trades are limited to buddies too.
- If you really want us to draw something for you, save up your money to commission us! We'll be happy to be commissioned if we are open.
